The Indian hospitality industry is projected to grow at a rate of 8.8% from 2007 to 2016(According to the sources),
placing India as the second-fastest growing tourism market in the world. But this industry is facing many problems
like shortage of skilled employees, customer’s expectations etc; as seen, when the work load increases the employee’s
performances goes down either intentional or unintentional. This is a common problem of all the top hotels and
restaurants as they are not enough able to retain their quality work force. If an employee is not fully energized
he could not give his best to the companionship.
